About Us
The Caravan Park was started over thirty years ago providing a unique holiday base for static vans and tourers in the Lune Valley. It is well established and very much a part of the local scene. Spreading over nine acres and in a privileged location in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The park is mainly grass, well drained with good service roads and stands in a slight hollow leading down to the spectacular Devil's Bridge.
We are open March - January for static owners and March - November for touring caravans and camping.
Set in the beautiful valley of the River Lune between the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District, Kirkby Lonsdale is a picturesque market town with an interesting history. The town was included in the Domesday book of 1086. It has a 13th Century charter for fairs and a school dating back to Queen Elizabeth 1st. The view of the River Lune inspired Turner and Ruskin. The town has many speciality shops, 17th and 18th Century Inns, a fine Norman Church and the legendary Devil's Bridge. National winner of 'Britain in Bloom'.
