Service rating : We have stayed at Woodclose Park many times and we really like the site.
It is an easy walk into the lovely Kirkby Lonsdale and the staff are always helpful and friendly when we book. Last time we also arranged for my wife's cousin and husband to stay in there camper van. They were very impressed with the site and like us plan to return! Product : A great pitch with water tap grey waste drain and tv ariel connection. Enough space for us to put our canopy out and set up our table and chairs.

Service rating : Would certainly stay again, polite and helpful staff. Product : Very spacious. Good value for money for the pod, in hindsight however, the price for dogs was a little steep, many other charge half the price for dogs. However, we knew this before visiting.

Service rating : The area and location was amazing. The town was a short walk which was also great. The facilities however were very basic and not very clean. I know it’s hard to keep bugs away but there were a lot of Moths, Spiders etc in the shower area. I didn’t feel confident taking off my flip flops. Product : Same as above, maybe upgrading the toilet and shower block

Service rating : Our first time Glamping & what a stay we had :-) Our Deluxe Pod was everything and more, it was idea for 3 people, double bed, Sofa bed that pulled out into a Double. It had a bathroom with Toilet, Sink & a shower all very clean. The Kitchen area had a decent size Fridge with a Microwave which came in handy. And the x2 Ring hob was great for cooking beans etc on. Also included Kettle, Toaster and all cutlery and plates etc. Lovely stay with our family , the girls loved the park and loved being outdoors, We will be back. Thank you Woodclose Caravan Park. Product : Lovely, clean , well maintained site. The pods are fantastic.

Service rating : Lovely site been coming occasionally in a touring caravan for over 35 years. Booking service online easy, and a welcome email before arrival. But, nobody around when we did actually arrive. However, a helpful member of staff turned up, a little flustered and apologised. Our pitch was great. Lots of space, hard standing. Only problem for me was that the toilet doors were left ajar. This allowed moths and other insects to get in, so put me off using the excellent facilities. Product : Great location. Friendly staff

Service rating : With Kirby Lonsdale being a long time favourite place for my wife and I to visit, Woodclose Park has now become our first choice place to stay when caravaning in the area. It's location being only a short walk away from the town and the tranquility within this beautifully kept caravan site is what we appreciate very much. The proximity of the Park to the M6 ( a few miles along the road) also makes it the ideal place to stop off for a few nights when travelling North or South. This is a lovely site, really quiet and peaceful. They glamping pods are great but unbearably hot in summer. If going in the summer take a fan!! They come prepared with all the basics so don’t need to take much. Would definitely go again but maybe in cooler weather! Kirby in Lonsdale is a lovely town, devils bridge is great and the ice cream shop in town is amazing! There are some lovely places to eat too.

Service rating : Lovely small campsite with great facilities. Could not fault the campsite it has a nice dog walk, a huge football field for the kids and is only a 10 min walk to the centre of Kirkby Lonsdale which as lovely shops, pubs & restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Product : Great value for money. Hope to visit again soon.

Service rating : We stayed in a wigwam (lune river 2). As usual the holiday was wonderful, good service with booking, lovely wigwam spotlessly clean, nice park area and friendly staff. We'll be back and would highly recommend. The best bit about the wigwam areas for anyone with small children, is that it's car free so the children get to run around and have some freedom. Product : Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed with everything we needed. Great for rainy holidays too thanks to the indoor seating area!

Service rating : Unfortunately the wigwam wasn’t clean, although this was managed well when raised. The park is in danger over being too expensive for wigwams. They used to be £22 per night. Service rating : Very helpful staff. Shop could possibly have been better stocked. Playground was a bit limited with one of those all in one bits of equipment so once a couple of kids are playing it gets a bit crowded. Product : Flat touring pitches with plenty of space and on pitch electricity, water and TV. Excellent shower facilities.

Service rating : Nothing wrong with any of it; but, unlike the first site at which we stayed on this holiday, nothing outstanding to provide a compelling reason to return. A small gesture such as being personally guided to our pitch (and being informed about the rules regarding the placement of awnings before erection!!) would have been nice. Showers were clean and there were enough. But, my goodness, the lighting levels are low!! Product : Good-sized pitch. However, very close to others and not much of a prospect (tall hedge one way, other caravans the other)
