Set within the beautiful valley of the River Lune between the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District National Park. Woodclose Park is a quiet and serene place, set within nine acres providing a unique holiday base in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Within a short walking distance from the Park you will find yourself beside the River Lune and the three ribbed medieval arches of Devil’s Bridge, linked to legend in local tales. The picturesque market town of Kirkby Lonsdale is within half a mile and has a selection of award winning tearooms, restaurants & pubs.
The 2011 Gold Enjoy England National Awards Winners and now second time winners of the 2012 Cumbria Tourism Award for Holiday Park of the year. The park is well laid out in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with a number of hard-standing pitches for tourers and a secluded camping/Wigwam field. Set within nine acres, the outlying fields provide habitats for a rich variety of animals, birds, flora and fauna.
Site is open for Touring, Wigwams and Camping from 1st March - 31st October. There is an extended season for Holiday Home owners.
